Not happy with your business any longer My last experience was better than the many times prior. An oil change and tire rotation used to take less than 30 minutes at bob Johnson. Then Bob Johnson Chevrolet decided to hire a ton of sales reps that are located all over the floor without privacy for the customers and the service team became bombarded with an influx of autos needing service, and unable to handle the volume efficiently. I’ve waited over 3 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation mutiple times. Your workers are getting the brunt of this as customers are fed up with the wait. When are you going to expand your service department to match your sales force? You can’t possibly remain the top dealer status with upset customers. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and am on my way out. The old bob Johnson was much nicer ...Something to be said for a smaller business that adds a personal touch versus what’s happening the last several years. So my review is directed at management, not the staff who can only work with what’s there as best they can. More
