Oil change and tire rotation. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that I might have a coolant leak and if they had time I would like them to look at it. They I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that I might have a coolant leak and if they had time I would like them to look at it. They were really busy that day. After the initial work was done the service writer told me that the found no signs of leaks. The tech also filled all my fluids at no charge. Great experience. More

Did not live up to what I expected. Problems diagnosed were more serious than expected. It took quite a bit longer to complete the repairs than expected. When I picked up the vehicle it Problems diagnosed were more serious than expected. It took quite a bit longer to complete the repairs than expected. When I picked up the vehicle it was filthy on the outside so much so that I had to go direct to the car wash. The next day I got a check engine light which required me to return. It was determined that the tech had damaged some wiring during initial repair which meant leaving my vehicle for more repairs. I was not charged for these but it certainly is not convenient to have to keep returning for service. The service writer did keep me advised on all steps and I was provided a loaner vehicle. This is the second time I have come in for service with this vehicle and the second time it wasn't repaired correctly the first time. I started using your service facility after a long time at another one. So far I am disappointed in the attention to detail when coming in for service at Bob Johnson Chevrolet. More
