Nicholas D. the man of the hour, but he was not alone I only take my car to be serviced at Bob Johnson. Yes you pay for satisfaction but it is the peace of mind that a Chevy dealer is using Chevy parts an I only take my car to be serviced at Bob Johnson. Yes you pay for satisfaction but it is the peace of mind that a Chevy dealer is using Chevy parts and supplies to make my car last longer. I had a check engine light on for months and just could not afford to do anything about it. I knew i did not want to take it anyone else, therefore meaning i would have to save up money for repair done correctly. My service agent was Nicolas. I have to say, this young man made sure i was satisfied the whole process. He has a very understanding way about him. He didn't pull any punches and he told me what my options were and provided dollar amounts for each service with tax. No surprises. I want to Thank Nic for being a stellar person to work with. I would definitely drop his name to anyone I know. He really made this Bob Johnson experience special, I sincerely felt like i was in good hands. I also want to point out two cashiers I think one is named Lisa, the other I'm unsure of. These two ladies are so cool and understanding. They are personable and professional and a joy to give my money to. The shuttle guy was really nice and very personable. He drove me home and picked me up. We had a nice chat and he even dropped me a nugget of wisdom that made me like him even more. It is those behind the scene folks like the cashiers and shuttle persons who really complete the experience and should not be taken lightly. Lastly, Jamalle Cade always says hello and is very personable. I didn't work with him this time but he deserves xxxxxxfor being a real nice, personable and understanding guy. I have asked three folks to repeat after me.. I do not want to be seen at Bob Johnson unless I'm getting an oil change or buying a new car. Fixed the first time. New truck with less than 700 miles and the blower fan stopped working. Tech found that the connector was loose due to when an accessory installed at New truck with less than 700 miles and the blower fan stopped working. Extra effort put forth in resolving problem My leather driver's seat was creating a very uncomfortable environment for me on extended trips. Mark initially was going to replace the seat cushion but later called after consulting with his team that the heated seat wiring may be the culprit. The heated seat wiring was adjusted and so far so good....I will know for sure after my Easter trip to Louisiana. More
