WHY PUSH UNNEEDED REPAIRS??? $$$ I brought my truck in due to transmission issues as it was shifting hard into gears when slowing down. Brought into dealer and explained issue, they I brought my truck in due to transmission issues as it was shifting hard into gears when slowing down. Brought into dealer and explained issue, they state that I needed my transmission cooling lines replaced before anything and a transmission flush. I explained I just had my transmission flush not a year ago and if there is no leaking around the cooling lines why would I need my transmission lines changed? I did not receive a real answer to that I live in the fact that the mechanic States I need this done. Well every mechanic I've talked to since cannot come up with a reason to change the Transmission cooling lines if they are not leaking. They asked to charge me almost $500 to complete this unneeded work before determining if it's a inner transmission problem which would Be covered by my warranty. I've been buying cars there since I was 18 years old, I think I'm done there now. In this is not to mention the confusion that while I was on the phone with the representative I told them that I would be there to pick up my truck And they told me they just needed time to get the truck up to the front for pick up. In I was there in about 2 hours later , waiting in A-line behind one person for 20 minutes with my kid with me as none of the other guys there had somebody to take care of but told me I had to wait for Nick specifically for him to tell me my truck was not ready and to go wait in waiting area as they did not know i was coming??? Just a very disturbing day for me to notice thatg Bob Johnson Chevy is not what it was. More

Not pleased I scheduled an appointment for my annual inspection. When I arrived I informed three different people about a small concern regarding my broken flap o I scheduled an appointment for my annual inspection. When I arrived I informed three different people about a small concern regarding my broken flap on my battery terminal cover. This was used once to gain access and broke off in my hand before the truck was in my possession for one year. They made it seem as though it was taken care of when I was handed my invoice but when I left the dealership I noticed it was in my tray between the front seats. I am not impressed with the follow through. It makes me apprehensive about future work that may be more serious in nature. More
