I'd rather drive the extra distance to Van Bortel. More

Within twenty minutes I had picked out the vehicle I wanted, Jason had worked up a net out-the-door price that was entirely satisfactory, and I called my wife to tell her I had found her next new car. We made a date for that same evening for a test drive, and took delivery the next day. The paperwork was handled almost transparently (except of course for the signing ceremonies, which have become tiresome by government fiat!). Jason Jackson was polite, answered all questions, explained the features and in general was very helpful to the completion of this sale with the minimum of fuss, and NO PUSHY ATTITUDE (Thank you!). I had bought my first (2010) Ranger from Genesee Valley Ford in August 2010. They were friendly and helpful and I continued to bring my truck in to them for service since then. He was letting me know that Ford had some rebates that I qualified for and he could get me into a 2011 Ranger and LOWER my payments. I almost didn't believe it. Who calls people and tells them they can save them money? Well, I went in that day after work and walked out with a brand new 2011 ranger, having traded in my 2010 for $1,000 MORE than I owed on it. With that and a bunch of rebates I saved over $8,000. And yes, the payments are lower with the same amount of months to pay. It's even an upgrade from an XLT 4x4 to an XLT Sport 4x4. Jason is a nice guy, very friendly and helpful. Actually everyone there is friendly and helpful. And I LOVE my new Ford Ranger. More

The purchase of my 2012 Ford Edge was the least painful purchasing experience I have ever had. So when I arrived at Genesee valley Ford, and was greeted by Jason, I knew which vehicle I wanted. Jason brought the car around for a test drive and then I sat down with Jason to work out the price. I think we reached a sales agreement on less than an hour, and I was to pick up the car in two days. When I arrived on Monday Jason had everything ready for the tranfer of the car. He thoroughly went over the different controls on the dash, and I was on my way very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Jason. More

I was in for service on my previous vehicle and while waiting I was wandering around the lot. Joe came out and ask if I was interested in one of the cars I was looking at on the lot. I told him I was very interested in getting a vehicle with better gas mileage, but was still paying on my current car and couldn't afford a higher payment. Joe said if I was serious he would take a look at it for me. First he went over the features and options on the model I was looking at and then went to payments. After assessing my vehicle value in trade Joe was able to get my payments down the match my current payments after checking for incentives. Joe was polite,friendly, and took the time and made the effort to see if I was really serious about the car. He was not pushy and got me in a vehicle with great gas mileage that I am very pleased to own. As much as attending to browsers on the lot, which I'm sure the owners expect as part of his job, he had the foresight to take me seriously when he probably actually would not make a sale and he made it happen. I went to the dealership on a Wednesday and was able to pick up my new car on Thursday, the very next day.
