My experience with Bob King Autohaus was great. The sales man (Mike Weeks) was very easy to deal with and quite knowledgeable. In fact he assisted me when I purchased my very first C-class and made the proce man (Mike Weeks) was very easy to deal with and quite knowledgeable. Mike had the vehicles picked out for me to choose from in my price range when I arrived. He walked me completely through the process (step by step). The process was quick. I got top dollar for my trade in, the car I wanted and the price range.... all within 2 hours. When it came to finalizing the paperwork Carolyn Puckett was able to thoroughly explain all the paperwork and I was in and out of her office within 30 minutes. My car has only been serviced over the past 10 years by Bob King Service Department namely Del Eaves. While it's a four hour roundtrip drive to get there for service it is worth it to me. I have 100% confidence that the technicians know what they are doing and the reason for my visit will be properly handled. I have interfaced mainly with Del Eaves over this period and feel he has done and/or managed an outstanding job of greeting me immediately upon arrival; reviewing what I indicated I wanted done and the price estimate; made recommendations for example like it's almost inspection time or a particular regular service is about due, etc., thereby eliminating a return long drive in a few weeks; provides a loaner car if needed; gives an estimate of when the service will be complete and will call me if when they are servicing the car they note any potential problems that will require future attention and a cost estimate which gives me the option of having it taken care of while the car is already in their shop or waiting until it is more convenient for me. My experience with this service department and Del Eaves has been EXCELLENT over the years. I'm confident that Del knows what he's talking about and I feel that I've NEVER been mislead by him nor pressured. Del's a STRAIGHT talker and I understand what he's telling me. A real benefit. As long as I'm able to make the 4 hour trip I will continue coming to Bob King for service on my Mercedes Benz. More

I was in Atlantic Beach NC and had car trouble on a Saturday evening. Obviously the dealership was closed. My car was picked up. stored and taken to the dealership in Wilmington, NC on Monday.
