We originally came to just look. We were approached by Jeremiah. Very nice disposition. Seemed to notice our concern for our children first. I WENT TO BOB KING KIA BECAUSE BATTLEGROUND KIA WAS SO SORRY AND SHADY HOPING THEY WOULD BE MUCH BETTER. NEVER GO TO BATTLEGROUND KIA! BOB KING WAS A LITTLE BETTER INITIALLY. THEY WERE APPARENTLY THE ONLY DEALER IN THE COUNTRY WHO HAD THE CAR I WANTED WITH CERTAIN OPTIONS(COLOR,INTERIOR,TRIM,ETC.). ANTWONE CLARK WAS NOT SUPER PERSONABLE AND IT ALMOST SEEMED LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HIM. AFTER SOME HAGGLING THE SALES MANAGER CAME OUT AND ANNOUNCED TO THE WHOLE STORE THAT "THATS AS GOOD AS ITS GOING TO GET" REFFERING TO THE PRICE. I WAS STUBBORN AND THEY FINALLY CAME DOWN TO MY PRICE SO THAT WAS THE ONLY PLUS PART. THE CAR I BOUGHT HAD 3 DENTS ON IT AND THEY SAID THEY AGREED TO HAVE THEM FIXED. WELL AFTER IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE, I GO BACK TO HAVE MY DENTS FIXED AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I FEEL LIKE AFTER THE SUM OF MONEY I JUST GAVE THEM. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM NOR WILL I RETURN TO DEAL WITH THEM. More

This was the first Kia we had ever considered purchasing so we had a lot of questions. The warrenty drewe us in -- only Kia and Hyundi offer the 10 yr, so that was the deciding factor for us. Brian was knowledgeable and professional, but not stuffy - we like to laugh and enjoy ourselfs, and he was with us all of the way (thank goodness). He answered all of our questions and gave us more than we ever expected (or experienced in any of our other car purchasing experiences - and there have been a lot of them). Never has a sales person took us all the way around a car and explained the safety / features - that was awesome in itself. We are very please with the deal, purchase and Brian's assistance. Brian is an asset to Kia - that is for real. Now my husband and I officially have SOUL! Thanks Brian -- and thanks Kia for the excellent warrenty! More

Bob King Kia made the total car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. After explained what we were looking for in a vehicle, the salesman directed us to the car that best fit the description. The price first proposed was several hundred dollars less than any other dealership. Also, the financing department was very helpful. In summary, Bob King Kia provided great service at a great price without pushy salesman tactics. More
