Greeted in a friendly and professional manner as soon as we arrived. Christopher answered all our questions about the Kia Soul and the options avaliable. The electricity went out while I was there. I never heard a complaint or even knew it had effected their computers. I just realized at one point that they were doing it all by hand and were very determined to do it right. This put us finishing the purchase quite late. I looked outside and was amazed to see two other salesmen washing and vacuuming the car to get it nice for me to drive home! What a team! Phil Cook got me to the dealership after a phone call to him and he, along with Scott, would get me back again and again. In short - the experience at Bob King Kia was first class from greeting to handshake. I was very thankful I went there to purchase my new Kia Soul. I had visited at least 6 other dealerships in the past few weeks(some of them on several occasions) and Bob King was by far superior to all others. In fact I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and would do it again and would highly recommend it to any others. It isn't the building, it isn't even the car (although I love the car)- it is the people there (all of the staff there) that will draw me back again and have me recommend them enthusiastically to others. Mr. Camby and I had a very pleasant experience at Bob King Kia. I called one day and asked to speak with a sales rep and K.K. answered the phone. We weren't sure if we were going to buy new or used. When we walked into the dealership and asked for K.K., Dameon came and introduced himself and told us he would be glad to give us any assistance as K.K. was out sick. Dameon was very professional and before we knew it, we were taking a drive in the Kia Optima and fell in love with it! That coupled with the price and the rebate we got back so that we wouldn't have to have a downpayment resulted in us driving away with a brand new Kia. Dameon and K.K. were great to deal with and Mr. Camby and I would certainly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a new car, go talk to K.K. or Dameon at BOB KING KIA! We love our KIA! More
