Walked in the door and was immediately greeting with a smile and friendly greeting and handshake by Austin Morphies. I already knew the that I wanted to see the Toyota RAV4 that you had for sale. (I found it online) He got the key and we went outside to look. My husband has a little trouble walking. Austin was very helpful and so very polite. Love his manners! He also worked quickly so we were able to take the car with us. In the finance department I was met with a big smile and handshake by Angela Obi. She was very friendly and gracious. She was very informative and explained all the paperwork very well. But, mainly I loved her personality. She made me feel very comfortable....like we were friends. I visited Bob King Mazda on August 10th 2013. What I liked almost immediately was the friendly atmosphere. I was greeted immediately, asked my name and was addressed by everyone I had come in contact w liked almost immediately was the friendly atmosphere. I was extremely specific as to my wants and needs in a vehicle and Don Cole was able to meet those expectations. He found the perfect vehicle for me and made sure that I knew about it and was comfortable with it before we went forward in the car buying process. I was then introduced to Angela Obi. Angela's professionalism and dedication to her customers was something that I personally had not experienced in quite some time. She went out of her way to get me in the payment price range that I wanted to be in. My whole attitude going in was, "Show me the numbers" and they were able to deliver. I am quite pleased with my experience and I would consider buying from Bob King Mazda again in the future. More
