They treated me very well. I forgot to leave keys for hood. They called and I brought them in. No wining by crew. I bought them a dozen donuts for atonement. I got a hole After Service man he said to bring it there at 9:00 AM the next morning would do a drive to diagnose the problem. They diagnosed the problem as bad tires. They did have 30,000 miles on them. I said OK they quoted me new tires thousand $24. I believe I said perfect get the tires. When can you put them on? He said as soon as we get the tires from a distributor in town we will get them on. He said should have it within a couple hours. I said perfect again we took off. He called within the two hours. The tires were on. We went back to settle up the bill. It was exactly as quoted. I talked to the gentleman. He said it’s sure made a difference, but it didn’t cure the problem. He had the trailer hooked back up and said I was good to go oh by the way, I am pulling a trailer with a UTV & Atv on it . The gentleman had test driven it with the trailer hooked up and without the trailer hooked up, he did the same after he put the tires on and said it had made some improvement, but not completely took away the Schake. I said it had no Schake on the way here or on the first morning when we went trail riding like I said he said it helped but didn’t cure it didn’t have time to go any further as soon as we left with the pick up back to the cabin, it had the Schake. It is the same as the moment we dropped it off at the dealership so he got me to buy a quick set of tires which I will admit, it didn’t need it, but it did not cure the problem and they were good enough to make it back home where I live 6 miles away from my tire dealer so today is my granddaughter‘s birthday we are going trail riding staying overnight at the cabin. Heading back to home tomorrow anything over 55 we have a vibration it shakes. I know they were busy and he probably put something else off to get me in because the pick up is under warranty. They were all very nice. They were very polite treated very well except for I feel like after they sold the tires they really didn’t have time to look at it so he just sent me away. More
