No hasssle . No pressure. Was able to keep 2021 vehicle purchase order local as Drew matched price of competition. Saw a new 2020 F150 on the lot. Vehicle was priced right, due to being an end-of-year leftover. Contacted the dealer and a salesman to arrange to come test drive (and probably buy) the vehicle. Right before I left on the 50-mile drive to the dealer, salesman calls me and says vehicle no longer available, as it was part of a dealer-trade swap to another vehicle that he was not aware of. Salesman offered to find another like vehicle and did, 408 miles away. Salesman said their dealer would try to do a dealer swap to get the truck I wanted. This went on for a couple days, no further contact from dealer on the dealer-swap plan and whether it was going to happen or not possible. Got tired of waiting (had cash in hand, ready to buy). Did an inventory search on Ford website and searched a 6-state area (ND, SD, NE, IA, WI, and MN). Found a matching new vehicle at another dealer, made the deal over the phone (NE dealer even found me an additional $2000 rebate), got a good price. Bought from a dealer in Nebraska, but had to travel 500 miles to get it, which cost me $400 travel expense for 2 plane rides and an Uber ride. My experience reflects poor internal communication by the dealer. And slow responses from the dealer/sales person to my inquiries. More

Miranda has in my opinion worked at this dealership long enough to be familiar with the vehicles. Her continually having to consult with other salespeople was a distraction and I feel they, not her, should receive the rewards! In the past, I've worked with Gerry, Drew, Darren, and to an extent Joel and all are great people to work with!! More
