We went to another dealership in the morning and our experience there was horrible. We came back to Jasper and decided to talk to someone at Luegers to see if they could find something for us. We asked about it and Mark told us drive it and we will talk when we got back. We loved it. Got back and Mark was great. He went through the vehicle with us and all of the information. We then went to Jim's office and did all of the paper work. They both made it enjoyable. We won't go anywhere else from now on!! More

We began our day of vehcile shopping at Bob Luegers. We stopped by before heading out of town to see what they had. Mark Gudorf came out and offered information about the vehicles we were looking at. We purchased it that same day. We were also very pleased with the fact that there were no additional fees (as we had seen at the out of town car lots). Since the purchase of the vehicle, we have received 2 e-mails from Jeff Teder as well as 1 phone call,making sure we are pleased with the vehicle and to ensure that we have not had any issues with it. We also received an e-mail from Dave Lueger thanking us for the purchase and asking that we contact him or Jeff if we had any questions or concerns. This was the best buying experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The staff was friendly and never pushed us at any point to buy anything. They made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before we left the lot by answering all of our questions about settings, warranty, etc. We have recommended Bob Luegers to several of our friends and family.
