It was going to be a fly & drive situation so I wanted to make sure everything was what I wanted. I flew into the Louisville airport & they had a driver waiting for me as I got off the plane. I had asked for & received a lot of pictures (100+) of the vehicle I was looking at. This happened almost right after I asked for them, promptness. I wanted to make sure there weren't any of the typical midwest rust problems or body damage. The internet/sales/management personnel were very friendly & courteous. They actually listened to what I was asking for & saying. Another big plus that many other dealers could learn from. I'd recommend Bob Luegers to anybody looking for a new vehicle. More

That was fast We stopped in to have our 2014 Verano serviced and we walked through the showroom while we were waiting. We went to buy a car and it only took 4 hours to buy the car we had been conversing with them about This dealership has no respect for anyone's time. We went to buy a car and it only took 4 hours to buy the car we had been conversing with them about over phone and email days before. We drove 2 hours and had discussed just about everything. They took the longest amount of time possible to finalize things. They knew we had to leave by a certain time and they did not make this possible. They couldn't get their stuff done in 3 hours, really?? It took less time when I went to Toyota for the first time buying new car I wasn't expecting to buy. I am not pleased with these people lack of sense of time. More
