I like the location being downtown Detroit. So far the people have been very polite and courteous. I just wish all the Ford dealerships had a solution to the loaner/assist with a rentals - kno So far the people have been very polite and courteous. I just wish all the Ford dealerships had a solution to the loaner/assist with a rentals - knowing they all are so jammed up busy. They should start providing used cars as loaners for 24-48hr. Your porter/changing oil/jiddy- his name is Ron or Rob... he deserves a raise!!! More
