George was amazing from start to finish! - Busymomof2

George was amazing from start to finish! He was attentive, responsive, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy and convenient while making sure all of my questions were answered. I was even able to e-sign most of the documents ahead of time, which saved me so much time at the dealership and made picking up my vehicle incredibly quick and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend giving George a call. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience with Brandon Becks has been absolutely - Sean

My experience with Brandon Becks has been absolutely amazing. When I come in the service lane, he came out to greet me and asked about what’s I want done to my car. Not only that’s, he also listened to my concerns, and was an able to answer my question. The most above and beyond. Was when he came back to the lounging told me that we can do a car wash and told me we maybe get the converter under extended warranty. Overall my experience has been nothing but perfect. Thanks you Brandon Becks!

Today I purchased my third vehicle from Suzanne Clem. - Gloria

Today I purchased my third vehicle from Suzanne Clem. And my daughter brought her first vehicle from her today. Suzanne has made all my dreams a reality. But today was a really special day because my wonderful dealer made my daughter lifelong dream of owning a Mustang Mach E a reality. Excellent Service every time never to busy to listen and answer questions in detail. Honestly each encounter I have experienced has been fantastic. She relaxes all my anxieties the minute I sit across from her. I always feel that to her each customer is like family by the kindness which comes through with every word she has spoken. There are just too many overall qualities for me to state regarding her. I hope she reads this and knows she enabled this senior citizen to experience overwhelming joy with my 3 purchases. I am blessed and know being her customer is the best blessing which could be bestowed on me as a senior citizen

No problems with the work done, but they did the rear - scottmxxre

No problems with the work done, but they did the rear brakes I only told them I wanted fronts, and added an oil change I didn't need. I got my car back dirty, Tires covered in mounting greese hand prints everywhere. I spent 2,600 and was disappointed, poor form if you ask me. Everywhere I've ever gone they give you your car back clean.

I just drove home in an almost new 2024 Ford Edge with - eiljoewin

I just drove home in an almost new 2024 Ford Edge with less than 12000 miles on it. My sales rep, Mark Puls took time in explaining, answering my questions, and showing me all the new electric stuff. He explained the models to me and helped me stay focused on the one I really wanted. I also saw him work with a few other customers who worked with them as well as with me. Thank you, E. Winner

I scheduled my 2021 F250 for 2 recalls and a service on - spardon

I scheduled my 2021 F250 for 2 recalls and a service on the truck. Dropped it off and the service advisor I am going trip next week .Called at 5 pm and they hadn’t even moved it in to the shop . I own Cummins dealership and I’m. very familiar with service scheduling. They knew this truck was coming well in advance. If you can’t do it RESCHEDULE it. This kind of attitude and communication is exactly why customers quit. I won’t be back

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman - edwardwithers035

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business
