Bob Maxey Ford/Lincoln impressed me again! I've gotten my last 3 vehicles from them and the entire customer experience is phenomenal! The entire group that helped me out were professional, friendly, experienced, and customer focused. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new truck and followed up with me after. The dealership itself was very clean and looked nice. Even the people that didn't help me were very nice and pleasant. I was extremely happy to be able to sign the majority of documents online so that I didn't have to spend time doing that at the dealership. I have a young son and it helped to shorten that time a bit. It also allowed me to have more time in the truck to ask questions and familiarize myself with it before driving it off the lot. I've seen comments about people having to wait for their vehicles and some are pretty nasty. First of all, it's not the dealership's fault. Secondly, I received emails that informed me of the status and was told that they were running behind. The communication was on par! Thank you Rob and Andi! You guys outdid yourselves and I appreciate you very much!!! More
