Fast friendly service. Ordering this last car was frustrating trying to get correct rims. Have case#42634203 as of 5/4/23 trying to figure the upgraded rims to put on 2023 Ordering this last car was frustrating trying to get correct rims. Have case#42634203 as of 5/4/23 trying to figure the upgraded rims to put on 2023 Escape ST Elite. My guy, Dan purchased for me, Audrey Becker with me as co owner. They reordered rims what dealer has listed for 5,000.00. We had replaced from original ones. They made us keep and said we have to resell after 2nd set was put on that we paid $5,000.00 for....and they're Still not what is shown on model when you do the "build your car" option and pics of ALL BLACK rims. Dealer sales staff says they have been working on for 3 weeks now to find correct style?. I dont even want to drive this car without the correct rims. Took us over a year to save for this car which will probably be the last car i drive at my age. Not a happy customer right now. Audrey Becker More

The truck wasn't exactly what I thought that I had ordered, but with one exception I like it. The fact that it didn't have Sirius was, is and continues to be a bummer. At any other time, I would have ordered, but with one exception I like it. The fact that it didn't have Sirius was, is and continues to be a bummer. At any other time, I would have refused to accept the vehicle. It still burns me every time that I have an issue with it. Financing was a mess. All previous trade ins, any extra costs were rolled into the new price. I expected that and it didn't happen. The truck was delivered weeks late.I later found that, with out any written communication from Ford, that I was expected to know that I needed to contact Ford Credit to extend my lease. As a result of not knowing this, Ford Credit seriously dinged my credit rating. Then, after already doing an early review of the truck, in my presence, they did another one and, allegedly, found a whole new set of problems which they charged me for. They also charged me for the damage on the tonnue cover, which was not part of the lease. I had transferred it from a previous truck. Twice, they've said that they would take that off the bill and that they would revert to the original review of the truck. They still haven't done that. That whole experience has really soured me on dealing with Ford Credit which means I probably won't be able to lease another Ford vehicle. More
