Service Brought my Edge in for it’s first oil change. It was done promptly and at no charge as it was the first. Somewhat pleased, but, not satisfied!! I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated, they were quick about it so no issues there. However, when I told them about a musty moldy odor comin I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated, they were quick about it so no issues there. However, when I told them about a musty moldy odor coming from the air vents, I was told to turn my air off for approximately two or three minutes before I shut the vehicle off. The cabin filter has already been changed one back in October (at my expense) and now again, I am experiencing this musty odor. I don't feel I should have to turn my vehicle off prior to exiting my vehicle. I have never heard of such a thing. This only adds to my frustration with this vehicle - It has been nothing but trouble. I would hope that this can reviewed as it doesn't make my driving experience pleasant when my truck stinks. I look forward to hearing from someone to get this rectified. Thank you! More

Dead battery Excellent service. My battery was dead and no way to jumpstart it as it was in the garage. I called the Service Manager and he promptly sen 2 gentlema Excellent service. 45,000 mile oil change & check-up I took my vehicle in during the Covid 19 Shutdown of almost all businesses. I called for an appointment & was able to get in the same week.
