The. Service writer and service guys did fantastic job. Collision dept took pics of some minor front end damage and promised to call me back on Monday after service. Three weeks later nothing. Would give 5 stars as this issue is not their fault, but a 4 year old Edge should not need a new engine. After searching the internet I discover it is an issue with the 2017 Edges and multiple people have a 4 year old Edge should not need a new engine. After searching the internet I discover it is an issue with the 2017 Edges and multiple people have had to have an engine replaced. And Ford has not done nothing. I fork over $6000 for a new engine and I have to rent a vehicle for a week. It is a bitter pill to swallow. More
