My husband and I went to buy a used vehicle. We dealt with Agent of sales Dan Kowalsky who seemed like a decent guy. We found an interesting vehicle and asked if it was okay to try it. So far no problem, we test drive it and it was fine. Then back at the dealership, I asked Dan if he knew anything about the history of the vehicle. He answered no looking at me straight in the eyes. Then he asked if we wanted to leave a deposit and when we said no, that we were going to think about it, he pressured us with his boss. They talked two feet away from us, thinking that they were being smooth. No, they really could not budge on the price. This was the best price. The mountaineer were going high in this season and would be more expensive by the end of the day. B.S !!! Back at home, we ran carfax to find out the car had been purchased at auction from a large rental company and had been in an collision. We called Dan and asked again if he knew the history of the vehicle. He said no. When my husband said we had all info, his memory came back. It sucks to have to pay 35 dollars on carfax because people can't be honest. Don't go there. They suck. More
I took my car in for service and they created many new problems for my car. It was in for the 150,000 service, no lights were on and I was not having any problems with my car. After having it serviced at this dealership, they cracked the engine mount and racked up over $2000 worth of fraud in repairs. I took it for service to make sure my car would stay as reliable as it had been and now I am afraid to drive it on the highway. DO NOT let this dealer service your car, you will have nothing but problems afterwards. More
