Service was well orchestrated , ie timely, courteous, etc. Not happy with used car people who took look at the car to assess purchase price - found sensor for remote start off windshield and the rear ca etc. Not happy with used car people who took look at the car to assess purchase price - found sensor for remote start off windshield and the rear camera no longer operates when backing up-these items were apparentely messed with during the assessment . I have purchased /leased 2 vehicles from this dealer. I would rate the Sales department at a 5 star and the service department a 3. After a minor accident, I scheduled the drop off for repair. I dropped in out front and filled out the paperwork and dropped the keys and paperwork in the drop box. I was originally told it would take 3 days to fix. On the third day I called to find out the status, and was told they did not have my car !!! They passed me to several departments but know one could tell me where my car was. 2 days later they found it in the Repair center where is was put aside and waiting for a USB part. The major repair had not even started yet !!!!! I will not likely bring my car in for service. I'll take it to Crest Lincoln. There service is outstanding. More

I took my MKZ to the dealership to have new front brakes and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. I had to ask what they did to repair and was told because of some "hot Sp and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. The squeaking is definitely better but still squeaking non the less More
