Treated me like I was family! John squires was my salesmen, and he did an amazing job! We went there with the intentions of purchasing a used vehicle that we had seen online. John And his sales manager Patrick made sure we got the financing we needed at a much lower interest-rate then we already had for our current trade-in. The process was smooth and went quickly. We were in and out in under an hour. We also had an upset toddler, and John made sure to accommodate our son with Disney movies and toys to help keep him content. A week after purchasing our vehicle it ended up breaking down. (not the dealers fault. The water pump went out, there was no way they could have known that would have happened )John came and picked up my wife and son and brought them back to the dealership, and sent a tow truck to bring the car back to their shop. John gave us a rental car until our vehicle was repaired free of charge. We do have a two year warranty so I don’t know if that played a role in the free repair or not! My overall opinion of John and this dealership is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next vehicle which will be a truck and I hope I will be able to deal with John and Patrick again! More
