I, Stephanie, completed the application for financing online. Tony met us at the parking lot and from that point on we were assisted with kindness and professionalism. My husband, Tony and I went on the drive together where Tony pointed out all the features he could about the vehicle, never assuming we should already know what they were. Tony was very patient with us as we drove a bit too far and asked a million questions and he answered them all (even the dumb ones). Financing was over before we knew it and Tony was right there with our beautiful new vehicle waiting to assist us further in going over exterior features as well as helping us setup OnStar and the device that allows you to speak over the vehicle system through your cell phone.
