I felt like if I left without those papers that nothing was going to get done so that is why I scored just ok and not good or better. More

I started working with Scott Boyd from Bob Moore Buick GMC looking for a truck for me and a cheap first car for my son. A couple weeks later I found a used truck at the Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep & Dodge next door that I was interested in and worked with Kendra Moore as I learned Scott had been promoted to finance. Long story short the truck was sold before I could get back with my trade. So, Kendra, who is also very professional and extremely patient, pulled out all the stops to find a new 2012 GMC truck that would fit in my budget instead. All in all, aside from the wait for it to be detailed, this was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I've had. Everyone was very nice and helpful, even finance which is where my experience usually takes a turn for the worse. They even filled up the tank without me asking or having to argue and haggle like some other dealers I've dealt with. Hopefully I won't have to find out how good their service department is for quite some time, but if they are like their sales staff I'm sure I'll be happy with them as well. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore GMC or Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep & Dodge to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

My daughter was purchasing her first new (2010) truck and it was definitely a wonderful experience. There was no pressure from our sales person, Tony.
