I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle, especially as a woman to be honest. Nolin was my sales associate who took a ton of time explaining the features of the vehicles I was intere vehicle, especially as a woman to be honest. Nolin was my sales associate who took a ton of time explaining the features of the vehicles I was interested in, was super personable, and has consistently shown my husband and I why we made the choice to choose Mazda. I ended up purchasing a 2025 cx-50 and unfortunately, there were 2 small hail dents due to the same storm that totaled my old vehicle. Nolin immediately offered to make it right, having Dent Masters work out the dents at no charge and getting us a loaner vehicle. The dents were fixed in a matter of 48 hours or so and even more, Nolin was able to get us free weather mats as an additional appreciation for our flexibility. Plus, I am pretty sure that after that dent fix, they sent me on my way with a second tank of gas. Outside of the generosity, it is obvious that Nolin truly cares. He has gotten to know my husband and I on a personal basis and remembers the little things (ex. my car's name is "Manny", and he refers the car as such). I will forever be a customer of Bob Moore Mazda because of all of these reasons. More

Kenneth was great and helped us to get not one but two CX-5s after our old cars were totaled from hail.
