I initially visited the dealer to have service done on the vehicle but ended up with a brand new car! It was a great experience-Linda was a great salesperson. I got a great deal on a Mazda 3, marked down due to hail damage even though it had been repaired. I definitely loved my experience and would recommend the dealer. I was shopping between Bob Moore Mazda and another dealership in town. Bob Moore was always very direct and to the point without all the typical car salesman tricks. Internet sales department is fabulous! Trena answered all and any questions I had about the CX 5. She set me up with an appointment and had a manager call me so he would know exactly what to show me! We've looked at Toyota, Honda, Subaru, and Ford but none of them gave the kind support of Mazda. I would definitely deal with them again. HIGHLY recommend. More

I went in to service one vehicle and test drove a new Mazda 6 while I was there. I seriously appreciated that my salesperson, Matt, wasn't pushy. He was responsive to questions I had and did not try to Mazda 6 while I was there. I seriously appreciated that my salesperson, Matt, wasn't pushy. I was given a fair value for a trade-in and feel I got a good price for the vehicle I bought, which I really like a lot. Matt took care of everything I needed and my experience in financing was equally pleasing. I have bought cars before where I nearly wanted to pay more just to get out of there and this was not the case here. More
I normally dislike going to a car dealership because the salesman are always like hawks. However, this visit was very pleasant. Linda took such great care of us the first time we came in to test drive the C salesman are always like hawks. However, this visit was very pleasant. Linda took such great care of us the first time we came in to test drive the Cx-9 and she was not pushy when we said we still wanted to check out competitors. It was because of this that we returned that night and purchased our car. The management was also excellent in working with us on pricing. My wife and I were in the market for a small roadster convertible, we were interested in the MINI and the Miata. We took test drives in each of these and enjoyed both. However, Bob Moore was much more willing to offer us a fair amount for our trades and give us a good discount on the car we purchased. Everyone at the dealership that we came into contact with was very friendly and very helpful to us. Herb worked with us from beginning to end to make this an easy and pleasant process. We are very happy with our new Mazda Miata MX5. Also, there were none of those silly games that have been played like forever at dealerships where the salesman gives you a number and you give him one that he takes to the sales manager and then gives you another number (this process sometimes takes hours). Anyway, we were very happy with the process and we are very happy with our new addition to our garage. More
Purchased a used truck on May 15th with the agreement they were to fix the hail damage, paint on door and add a keyless entry (had a radio added at our cost). The truck was to be ready May 20th, which i they were to fix the hail damage, paint on door and add a keyless entry (had a radio added at our cost). The truck was to be ready May 20th, which it wasn't, but on May 22nd attempted to call our salesman, whom was out, but his manager assured us the truck was ready so we drove 26 miles (one-way) to find that the truck was dirty and had not been painted but to the managers credit he wasn't going to charge us for the radio since we drove to the dealership and it wasn't ready as he first thought. The truck was delivered to me on May 23rd but hadn't been cleaned or detailed at all even though we asked about it on both visits to the dealership and we were assured it would be done. On May 27th my 16 year old daughter called because her truck was making a noise and we found that the trucks brake pads were completely worn so I called the dealership yet again to find out the only thing they "serviced or checked" on the truck was the oil which I then spoke with the manager whom arranged for me to drop off the truck so they could look at the brakes and do the inspection, that I would think should have already been done before the truck was even placed for sale, but it wasn't. I am just thankful it didn't cause my daughter to have an accident. I was given a car with a 1/4 tank of gas to drive and they indeed had to replace all the brakes on the truck along with the air filter and winshield wipers but again still didn't take the time to detail or even wash the car let alone fill up the gas tank because of there lack of ensuring the vehicle was safe when it left the lot we had to drive 52 miles round trip. I would think that maybe the detailing we kept requesting would have been a nice gesture or the gas but apparently it wasn't a priority for them as I was not as a customer anymore I had already made my purchase.
