We entered the dealership, driving around looking for a specific vehicle that my husband had emailed the manager, Chaz about. We didn't see the two vehicles quickly, Linda saw us driving around like we we specific vehicle that my husband had emailed the manager, Chaz about. I need to mention here it was windy outside, (typical Oklahoma day) and she was outside observing us and didn't go back in after serving another customer. She waited patiently, saw that we needed help and asked us what we were looking for. She helped us look at the vehicle and showed us another one so we could compare, and then sold us the one we had originally come to look at. She offered up front that we get $500 off for being a repeat customer, so this helped our decision. When it came to the financing Lance helped us there, with Dale and Lance working with us on the extended warranty. Ended up we didn't need the financing, but Lance was gracious about it. When we were leaving, Linda didn't just hand us the keys and say bye bye. She walked us to our car, set up our bluetooth, showed us all the features of the car. I must say, all in all, well done guys, well done! More
My salesmen's name was Corbin, I don't remember his last name. Retired Navy guy, but I won't hold that against him. Our experience with theis Mazda dealership was AWESOME!! Chance and Corbin were helpful in every way possible. There was much knowledge concerning the model we were driving and no pushy salesman. Chance did everything he knew to make sure my husband and I were happy with what we were buying. My only disappointment in this whole ordeal was we were not afford the option of the navagation system at the time of purchase. My husband spoke with someone the following day and he was told it would be 500.00 to keep the one already in the car instead of having it removed on the next open business day. I was out of town for the weekend so when I returned on that business day to pay the 500.00, I was told it was now 900.00. Needless to say, Mazda dealership removed the navigation card.Hence, the 4 rating on our overall experience. All in all, our dealings with Mazda was one of our better experiences when shopping for our new car. More
I first discussed my interests over the phone and by email since I live out of town. My wife & I eventually made a trip to Edmond on a Saturday. Everything was exactly as we'd talked about. Linda listened to my needs and got me into the best fit. Finance was able to better the rates from my local bank. I arrived at the dealership a little after 10am and drove out in my new CX-9 at lunch. Other than the money spent, the whole experience was relaxed and stress free. Thanks for an enjoyable buying experience and I will highly recommend this dealership to friends, family, and co-workers. More

I gave the rating of 5 across the board because I was very impressed with the genuine demeanor of all of the employees. I especially impressed with Maitlin and his approach to providing whatever he coul very impressed with the genuine demeanor of all of the employees. It was easy to buy from this dealer. They were very upfront on pricing and asked what we wanted to make the deal. They gave some and I gave some.
