I was very pleased with the service at Bob Moore when I purchased my Mazda CX7. I did not feel pressured at any point in time to purchase the vehicle and that made my decision much easier. I felt like the manager was easy to work with when it came down to price and even though I am paying more than I acticipated, I have to factor in the warranty I added on to my purchase price. I will DEFINITELY recommend your dealership in the future and have already told everyone what a great experience I had. Craig was my salesperson, he has a great personality and was patient with me when I did not understand pricing or features on the vehicle. Thank you, Craig! Linda was especially nice when we came to pick up my vehicle and put me at ease when finishing up our purchase paperwork. I absolutely LOVE my car!!! More

I had my mind made up on the car i wanted. After a month looking on the internet, and the research, I wanted a madza. The price of a used one was just as high as a new one. Realy wanted a madza 6,but am looking on the internet, and the research, I wanted a madza. The price of a used one was just as high as a new one. Realy wanted a madza 6,but am vey happy with the madza 3. I was in and out within an hour and a half, other dealer ships I would have been there for more than 3 hours. I was looking to lower my car payments and did a little bit of shopping online and found Mazda to be the best choice for me to use. Since I already had a Mazda3 and liked it so much, it made sense to conti bit of shopping online and found Mazda to be the best choice for me to use. Since I already had a Mazda3 and liked it so much, it made sense to continue to work with a Mazda dealership. I had been coming to Bob Moore for the past two years for various services on my previous Mazda3 and they had always been super friendly, so I just knew purchasing a new vehicle with them would be my best bet. I worked with Frank, who was so friendly and really worked to keep our business. He went back several times to his sales manager to ensure we got the best deal, which ended up lowering our car payment! If I had to buy a new car again, I would go with Bob Moore any day! More

Linda worked hard to secure a deal we could afford but also get us the vehicle we needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Overall my experience was great. Linda was very helpful and kid friendly. She explained the options on the car that I wanted. The only reason that I gave a lower rating on price was the price they were giving in the beginning didn't match the internet price I had received. However they honored it because I printed off the email. More

We had a great experience. Ken, our salesman, was great to work with. I still think its funny that salesman have people sign the back of the price form like a contract. It's like a social experiment watching the same dealer sales tactics again and again each time I buy a car. They must be tried and tested, because each dealership uses the same magic tricks. More
