Excellent Everyone we talked to was very helpful & pleasant . We live 3 hrs away & they gave us a 2019 Legacy as a loaner for a week. Poor Customer Service My vehicle is still under warranty, and this dealership is closest to my home. I dread taking my car in for service because the Service Team does not My vehicle is still under warranty, and this dealership is closest to my home. I dread taking my car in for service because the Service Team does not listen to my concerns or issues. The last time I took my car in, I received a call from Mark stating that I needed to have my spark plugs replaced. Which is interesting, because I had them replaced less than 5k miles from my last service. Good customer service would have been... Mark asking me if I had my spark plugs replaced because he didn’t show record in their file. Instead of the approach he took. This is just one example of many. More

Financing of vehicle didn’t happen after a month of owning the vehicle, payment date discussed during financing wasn’t the same, and overall the process was very dis-organized. Only reason they knew the financing hadn’t occurred was because I notified them after my bank said they hadn’t received anything yet. The quality of the purchase is great and the one service experience I had was excellent, but the documentation/financing experience was very poor. More

Very nice service people! Bad car! I have been unhappy with my much anticipated Subaru a few months after buying it off the show room floor. Constant lights needing replacement, frequen I have been unhappy with my much anticipated Subaru a few months after buying it off the show room floor. Constant lights needing replacement, frequent oil top offs needed, poor performance, even missing a tire jack the dealership would “allow me to purchase.” and a horn needing to be replace - super expensive - I have never had to replace a horn ( when the car was only 4 years old). I wanted this car and researched the safety - very disappointed . I would like to start over and buy almost anything else. When I expressed my complete unhappiness and dissatisfaction shortly after purchase- the dealership smiles and said sorry. Really! Not one bit of help with resolving problems to make the customer happy. Not one person cared I had a bran new lemon. More

First Time Subaru owner We have been a Kia family for a long time. But the new Subaru''s have much more to offer and better reliability. In my opinion. We came to look but d We have been a Kia family for a long time. But the new Subaru''s have much more to offer and better reliability. In my opinion. We came to look but drove a Outback home. The pricing was fair and negotiation was simple, no waiting while the salesman checked with the difficult sales manager, followed by difficult counter offers. Been almost a month as we are very pleased with our choice and plan to keep the car till the wheels fall off. :) More
