The prices were very reasonable for the work quoted, and they went above and beyond on the repair, completing it DAYS before it was promised, and under the quote for AC repair. We also had a loaner car, and they worked with us on the scheduling so I didn't have to make extra trips from Stillwater unnecessarily. Loved the experience, will use them again any time I need help with either of my Subarus! More

He told me the required repairs and cost to have them completed. He was a great help, but Bob Moore Sales is a disgrace. More

Unbelievably long oil change I made an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday. I know it sometimes takes a bit longer to get a service done on a Saturday, but our 6,000 mile I made an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday. I know it sometimes takes a bit longer to get a service done on a Saturday, but our 6,000 mile service took just a few minutes short of three hours. It would have taken less time to do it in our driveway, and that includes driving to dispose of the used oil. I will give them a second chance, and hope the next time they do better. More
