poor service had a recall passenger side air bag done. was told 2-3 hrs. had appt @ 8am but still took from 8-4. way too long. also they went thru the vehicle and had a recall passenger side air bag done. was told 2-3 hrs. had appt @ 8am but still took from 8-4. way too long. also they went thru the vehicle and wrote up a list of everything wrong. estimate over $5000. to change both brake lights was $10 per light & $70 labor for both. price gouging. changed both brake light for $6 and 10 mins. but you are charging $10 per minute. think not. so assumed other work was way over prices also. will never use this service center to work on my vehicle again. will have to think hard to recommend this place to buy vehicle which I was going to use again. very unhappy with time it took to fix the recall passenger side airbag and the way way way over priced estimates. also think someone throw up in the vehicle and was not cleaned. no smell but passenger seat dirty and under drivers seat gross. didn't notice until was out driving and looking to refill gas tank. every time used to take vehicle for service always takes twice as long so do not go there for oil change..etc More

Finance When I purchased the vehicle I was promised a specific interest rate. However, this week I received a call from finance. They started that the rate I was quoted, and that was on my purchase agreement, was not available. The finance person got with his director and made some adjustments in order to keep the payment and terms the same as the original agreed upon amount. This was fair and do not have any problem with how they handled that part. What I do have a problem was the lack of appreciation of my taking time ot of a work day to come in and sign the new agreement. I requested a discount for the purchase of some accessories for my vehicle. I was told that the employees have to pay for their stuff and that the discount would not happen. I was not asking for a handout, just a discount. It appears to me that the person I was dealing with in finance had no concept of customer service and perception management. My perception now is that they just wanted my to come in and sign the new agreement just to get them out of a bind. There's was no consideration of my time or my schedule. Had I been able to get a discount on the accessories I would be a much happier customer and probably would not be writing this review. If you think that all I wanted was a discount on some accessories you are missing the point. It is all about managing the perception of the customer. Customers should be appreciated and not taken for granted. Which is how I felt when I left. The sales process was great, one of the best I have experienced. However, this last interaction was not as I would have hoped it would be. More
Warranty work took over a week and car was damaged by hail. Took our 2019 Outback in for a warranty work as the entire head unit stopped working and there was a recall with the gas gauge. Dealer had to order a replacement head unit, which took a week to arrive. Dropped off the car on Monday, March 18th to have the head unit replaced. Dealership called me that afternoon to inform me that the new head unit was also faulty, so they would have to order another one, which would take a week. Dealer offered me a courtesy car for the week, which was nice of them. On Tuesday, March 26th, the dealership called and left me a message letting me know they had a hail storm hit their dealership on Saturday, March 23rd, and my vehicle had been left outside and had extensive hail damage. They said I would need to contact my insurance company to file a claim as they would not be responsible for the hail damage. I received my car back Saturday, March 30th, with extensive hail damage. The head unit is working fine, however now the rear windows will not roll down, so the car will need to be serviced again and I will be incurring an insurance claim for hail damage. All in all, a very bad experience as I received my new car back in worse condition than I left it with them. More
