He had moved a vehicle inside for us by the time we arrived so we didn’t have to walk through the icy parking area. We test drove the Outback and ultimately bought the vehicle he had chosen for us. I don’t know who his manager was, but the offer we got for a trade in was an absolute insult! They offered $750 for a vehicle that had a $4500-$5500 trade in value. We had thoroughly researched the value before going. My husband was so mad he almost walked out. More

Customer Service Very Lacking from the Beginning First salesman we had (CARL) chastised us for being "late"--didn't know we had a time to be there as we said we'd be coming later after we dropped the First salesman we had (CARL) chastised us for being "late"--didn't know we had a time to be there as we said we'd be coming later after we dropped the dog at the sitter's. He even texted on my phone wondering if we were there yet? (Uh, no, if we were there we would have asked for him since we were told he was the one to ask for.) He had no interest in showing us the car (a used Infiniti) and sat in the backseat on the test drive playing with his phone and texting. I finally asked, "Is there something you'd like to tell us about this car that makes it special?" Then he mentioned a couple of things, but didn't even know the price or anything about the financing. He received a call while we were driving and said, "Have them go to the customer lounge. I'll be there shortly." Well, if that wasn't a cue to turn around and go back I don't know what was. When we walked back in he introduced us to another salesman and said "If you don't mind, he will take over. There is another couple here to buy a car and they will only buy from ME so I need to go help them." He never once asked what we had to trade in or if we were interested in looking at any other cars, etc. Just rude, through and through. Second salesman was much better (MICHAEL) but the whole process felt like we were being rushed through and I have to say the only bright spot was the finance department--at first. We had a lady (LANNA) who worked to get us a really low interest rate, but then the paperwork had to be re-done THREE times--first was because she did get us a lower rate--didn't mind that. Second was because they needed paperwork signed that they'd not had signed when we were there--they brought it to the house--okay, understood that-- and the third time was because I looked through the paperwork and realized it was incomplete and had to call and ask for the rest of it. The guy I spoke with (Mark, I think his name was) argued with me and finally cut me off and said rudely that he would send it! Great. That was all I was asking for in the first place. My warranty papers. Who wouldn't want those? With all the dealerships in OKC, and the metro area, there are better choices. Should have walked away when that first salesman, CARL, acted the way he did. I wrote an email to the manager--someone named Sean, I think, and got back a little two or three line acknowledgement--no questions, no nothing. So...that will be the first and only time we will buy a car there. Next time we'll go somewhere to a dealership who is professional, courteous, and WANTS to sell us a car. Would never recommend this place to anyone. More
