Disappointing Lied about what was included with my Subaru (side rails), and then tried to up-sell me on a different and more expensive product that was not what I a Lied about what was included with my Subaru (side rails), and then tried to up-sell me on a different and more expensive product that was not what I asked for (direct mount cross bars). He never owned up to it. I ended buying aftermarket side rails. I was promised a reimbursement for the side rails and never got it. He didn't even hand me the keys to my new car, but instead sent a new guy who had no idea what was going on. He was even rude to my family who were with me. Every one else at the dealership was amazing. More
