Slow service, Unfriendly, unprofessional I brought my vehicle in from over 100 miles away. Upon arrival no one greeted me, i was made to wait while customer service reps worked on their computer screens. When I finally asked for assistance the employee was very rude. It took over 90 minutes to accomplish a routine oil change- and i had a scheduled appointment! Additionally, the cost of an oil change was astronomical- my hometown Subaru Dealership in Colorado provides this service for $29.95. It cost more than double that here. I would not recommend Bob Moore to anyone. More
AMAZING! I've never encountered a service center at a dealership like this one. The men and women are caring and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond in their level, not just for service but caring for you as an individual. My work schedule is very hectic and they accommodate my hours from drop off and pick up (within reason of course) My vehicle is always given back to me clean and the vehicles they have loaned me are always spotless. The sales persons always take spectacular care of you but the people in the service center are what keeps us coming back. Bob Moore Subaru and Service Cemter have kept us loyal customers for 6+ years! More

Service was excellent parts supply chain was lacking. My Outback had two issues which required parts that were not readily available from Subaru. Mark made sure that I had a loaner Outback to drive since My Outback had two issues which required parts that were not readily available from Subaru. Mark made sure that I had a loaner Outback to drive since one of the parts required was the power steering rack. He kept me informed on the status of the parts and when they finally arrived the parts were installed as expediently as possible. More

Unnecessary service I brought my 2008 Subaru in with a service engine light. I was charged $130 for an estimate which totalled $7800. The car was valued at $3500. I took the car to a third party who charged me a total of $1129 which included a timing belt and all new serpentine belts, preventive water pump replacement and four new tires.
