Unsatisfied with the Service Department Called to get a quote for 60K maintenance on 2013 Impreza. Told it was the "big one" and would be around $700. Weren't sure what all they would do but included switching out the main drive belt. Dropped the car off and was told it would be $950 but I was saving $125 by changing air and cabin filters myself for a total of $825. Told they weren't going to switch out the drive belt but would change the plugs and "really go through the car.". No charge for recall on valve springs. Four days later received call that "finishing touches" we're being put on the car and it was good to go for $825. Received call this morning on my way to pick up the car for another $1000 they wanted to do that they found in "final inspection". Pretty obvious when a car is up on the rack that it needs a left axle shaft assembly. Seriously doubt it was the "final inspection" when they found it. More
