I can’t say enough about how wonderful of an experience this was. I can’t imagine buying from anyone other than Bob Howard Subaru in the future, or having anyone finance and guide me other than John. I feel like they were taking advantage of me at every turn. I had my car towed into the dealership. I paid nearly a $1000 to replace a part that had rodent damage, (not covered by my extended warranty) only to I had my car towed into the dealership. I paid nearly a $1000 to replace a part that had rodent damage, (not covered by my extended warranty) only to be told after paying it, that my car wouldn't start on the lot, and I would have to pay it again to have it fixed! Before I even drove it off the lot! They finally agreed to fix it for free, and 2 days after I picked it up, I had problems with it Hoses that had rodent damage. More
