Good Overall Experience but Not Perfect Overall the experience has been good but there were a few items that could have been much better. We purchased a 2015 Nissan Armada. It had a little m Overall the experience has been good but there were a few items that could have been much better. We purchased a 2015 Nissan Armada. It had a little more than 80K miles on it...we ended needing to put brakes and rotors on the vehicle within 2 weeks. I spoke with the mechanic and he said the pads were at 3 and I spoke with Bob Moore and they said they replace pads at below 3. The X point inspection indicated that the pad were at 4...something doesn't add up. I moved on from this but the title being mailed in a timely manner was the next issue. I called finally after not receiving the title after 3 weeks. I was told the title was mailed on the 12th. I called the next day to speak with John and he told me he'd have accounting call me. Never heard from them. The title showed up that day with a tracking number that indicated the title was mailed on the 19th, not the 12th. I asked the first time that I called if there was a tracking number and they said not usually. The system being used for what gets sent out is either useless or I was lied to about when the title was mailed. We had to rush around to get the TT&L paid without penalty because of the slowness in getting the title. I have also requested multiple times to have the inspection sent to me and have been ignored. Caveat emptor. More

Finance Department was thorough in discussing the various offerings but was never pushy. The follow up appointment to review features and answer questions was appreciated by my wife. Service Service is number one for me. Just recently I had a set of new Michelin tires put on that were suggested by Brandon. I got a better deal at Bob Moor Service is number one for me. True to his word, they were a lot better ride than the previous tires. I cannot say enough good things about the service advisors at Bob Moore. More

Great Deal on Certified Impreza I am very pleased with my certified 2017 Impreza Sport. It only had a little more than 4500 miles and was like a new car for almost 9k under MSRP. My I am very pleased with my certified 2017 Impreza Sport. It only had a little more than 4500 miles and was like a new car for almost 9k under MSRP. My only problem was during the finance process. I agreed to purchase the Gold extended warranty at full price and was given the 36month appearance plan at no additional cost. However upon reviewing all the documents it appears that I was charged the $441 cost of the appearance plan. I had said it was a plan I did not want since my insurance and the Gold plan covered most of the same coverage. For this reason I am reluctant to give my full recommendation. More

He basically called me untruthful and unethical, however the issue was quickly and very professionally handled by his boss. Important thing is recognizing the mistake and quickly making things right.
