Will never buy a vehicle from Bob Moore Your company would not cover the front windshield that was cracked. We received a recall notice from the factory that the front windshield might crack Your company would not cover the front windshield that was cracked. We received a recall notice from the factory that the front windshield might crack. We took it to back to Bob Moore. the service department spoke to an employee and the supervisor and they would NOT replace the windshield two weeks after I bought car. I took it to your competitor Hudiburg Subaru which honored the recall and they replaced the windshield. In the past we bought four vehicles from Bob Moore. We will never buy another car from Bob Moore nor recommend the company. Since then we purchased other vehicles from Hudiburg. Their customer service and service department is outstanding. More
