Best Car Buying Experience EVER!! My husband and I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for over 6 months, but have been dreading the actual buying experience the entire time. My husband and I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for over 6 months, but have been dreading the actual buying experience the entire time. Any time we've gone to dealerships to look around, we aimed to get in and look and get out before any salesmen came to greet us. Our experience at Bob Moore Subaru was the exact opposite of what we anticipated. David greeted us and took us for a test drive, Heath greeted us and let us know he was available if we had any questions/needed any further assistance. We felt ZERO pressure, just royal treatment. They offered their customer lounge for bathrooms/drinks/snacks while we looked. We even left to look at cars elsewhere, but ended up coming back because they had what we wanted and they were so welcoming and inviting. When we finally decided to buy the vehicle, we were driving 2.5 hours to get to their dealership to do the paperwork, but they made it so worth our time and travel to complete the sale. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it really CAN be that easy. Heath Clem was wonderful to work with, very informative, accommodating, reassuring, and he knew his stuff well. Landon Bolt was the gentleman we worked with on the business side of things and he was also so very accommodating and knowledgeable on his end. These guys were TOP NOTCH in their industry and we are telling EVERYONE WE KNOW to go buy from them. Thanks, guys!! You truly made us feel like friends/family while we were there...evening following up with us a few days later to ensure we were still happy with our purchase!! We will ALWAYS start with this dealership when we are buying cars from now on. The 2.5 hour drive was totally worth it!!
