Not what I expected I bought from this dealership before and loved the experience, so I went back after an unfortunate accident. I had a great salesman who showed me some I bought from this dealership before and loved the experience, so I went back after an unfortunate accident. I had a great salesman who showed me some great options, so I went back to the finance department as soon as I could. The finance department seemed to offer me a deal that was too good to be true and assured me they could work with me and my insurance company.. so I signed the papers and bought the car. It wasn’t until the next day that I realized it was too good to be true. They tried to write new contracts where my payments would be more than triple and tried to tell me they were only doing it tell the insurance company paid me; however, they had lied to me once before so I didn’t know if they would do it again and I’d be stuck with outrageous payments! It was a horrible experience and I never want to go back. I felt like the whole transaction was very shady. If they weren’t able to give me the first deal I wish they would have just been honest from the beginning and I would have worked it out and still purchased from them. However, even though I love my Subaru, I will be going to a different dealer I know for my next car. More

Last minute tire repair I ran over a screw and got a flat tire. The service team had a full schedule and no loaner vehicles to give so I had to do a walk-in& wait. But they got me in & out & back to work in a reasonable amount of time. Quicker than I expected, really. My tire plan paid for more of the replacement than we initially expected & the team was super nice & accommodating as usual. Turned my frown upside down. More

Correction of tire pressure light repeatedly coming on Brandon explained that an earlier repair to my tire for a nail was not satisfactory and tire had to be replaced. I was not expecting that expenditure Brandon explained that an earlier repair to my tire for a nail was not satisfactory and tire had to be replaced. I was not expecting that expenditure but Brandon explained this was only solution unless I just wanted to keep adding air. I asked about any warranty or discount due to low mileage and he said no but gave me 10 % discount. So $194 later..problem resolved. Tire replaced quickly. More
