Low pressure. The vehicles sell themselves I have 9 friends in town that own Foresters. Not one had anything bad to say about them. One of them is on his 4th. Recalls were the only reason I was there They are obviously trying their hardest. However the entire concept of dealerships is antiquated and obnoxious. I heard no less than 3 customers get pitched new cars while waiting on their service. My personal pet peeve was that they completely hid the service department. I was only there for recalls but I still want to see what is going on. I had to walk around the building to camp outside a window to see no one doing anything for an hour after my set appointment. Plus a tech got in my car with an open cup of coffee. Its not your car, don't treat it like it is. The three times I have been to a dealer service shop in my 30 yrs of car ownership they have either spilled something or smeared oily handprints or both... And always try to sell me something... Either a service I don't need or a car I don't want. I was spared the pitches this time but almost everyone else in purgatory with me was not so lucky. More
