Recent service I took my car to have my power window looked at. I was told it was probably the run channel and would be “$80 or $90.” That’s all I asked them to lo I took my car to have my power window looked at. I was told it was probably the run channel and would be “$80 or $90.” That’s all I asked them to look at. 2 HOURS later they come back with $959.50 worth of stuff they suggest replacing on my car (air filter, battery, brake fluid, wiper blades etc etc). I’ve had no issues with my battery. $70 for wiper blades? Are you freaking kidding me? I could go on. And the run channel was listed about $140 when I was told $80-$90. I told the guy when he came out with all that nonsense that I’d pay the $90 we originally agreed to for the run channel & that was all I needed. So then I got to wait 40 more minutes for the actual repairs I came in for. 😡 More

Better than I expected! I thought the right rear inside window pane had picked-up grease from the inside door, it was glue. It was smeared on the window tint I had installe I thought the right rear inside window pane had picked-up grease from the inside door, it was glue. It was smeared on the window tint I had installed after purchasing the car. Everything was repaired including replacement of the window tint, which I was not expecting. My family now has two Foresters and a Legacy in our garage. Subaru has a great line of cars and Bob Moore knows how to work on them. More
