Great Experience At first we weren't impressed. Two gentlemen looked at us and turned around going back inside the dealership instead of offering to help us or saying At first we weren't impressed. That all turned around when Heath came out to see if he could help us. He wound up having two customers at the same time but made sure we were well taken care of. Decided to go with a Subaru instead of a Honda CRV because of him. John made sure that he got the best deal possible for us in finance. Great team to work with. I went to buy a new car, didn't buy the first day, went back few days later, Naaman asked if I would consider a pre-owned (we don't say "used car" I learned!). He showed me a 2016 Legacy w/ 7,126 miles on it!!!! He said it had just gone in the computer & would not last thru that day. I bought it, saved many $'s, & I'm going to love it!! I sold my car to a friend - it was a 2000 Avalon of which I had taken perfect care. I'm 76 yrs old & my new, "pre-owned", Legacy will last me the rest of my life. I've already referred a friend to Naaman @ Bob Howard, as she is ready to trade in her Forrester. More

The people who work here are friendly and there is no pressure to sell you anything as the cars sell themselves. I appreciate the service department as they check over the cars and point out any problems that they see. They really work with you and are fair and honest and I've never had any problems. They let you know what services are due and if there are any issues plus they often have a loaner vehicle which is great if you can't wait. This has been the best Subaru dealership we have encountered and I thank everyone there who has taken care of us. More
