Sales manager Ricky Fietz was great in making sure I was aware of the available options for the 2018 Outback. Sales rep A. J. Adesina was excellent when explaining the new 2018 Starlink system as well as the other switches and their functions. He was most helpful in linking my iphone to the system. His broad range of knowledge on the Outback is to be commended. Gretchen was my second contact and provided the needed followup since I am 80 years old.
