The staff was friendly and not pushy, including the gentlemen washing cars outside who took time to smile. I browsed cars online prior to visiting the showroom and was able to quickly test drive the models I was interested in. Fantastic First-Time New Car Buying Experience I purchased a new Subaru Outback from Bob Moore in May 2017. This was my first time buying a new car and I was very intimidated by the process goi I purchased a new Subaru Outback from Bob Moore in May 2017. This was my first time buying a new car and I was very intimidated by the process going in. The salesperson who helped me, Jordan Brown, spent almost a month with me from my first test drive to actual purchase. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and attentive throughout the process, and took the time to ensure that I was happy with both my purchase and the entire buying experience. Jordan also took the time after the sale to go over all of the car’s many tech features in depth, including another test drive to train me in the car’s EyeSight driver assist tech. She was never pushy, and at no point in the sales process did I ever feel like I was being pressured into something against my own interests (which from what I understand is a common experience when buying a new car). I would definitely recommend her to other buyers — especially first time new car buyers. I was also very impressed with Anthony Gore, the dealership’s Finance Director (and soon to be New Car Manager). He was patient, transparent, and direct when walking me through financing options, warranties, etc, and successfully advocated on my behalf to Subaru to obtain 0% financing. The finance room was where I was expecting the hard sell, but was surprised that the options were presented honestly and directly with no hard pressure to upsell. I hadn’t planned to add any optional service plans, but Anthony worked with me to get the 7-yr warranty down to a price that made sense for my budget, and I went ahead and added it. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience at Bob Moore for the excellent customer service I received from Jordan and the rest of the staff, their fair pricing, no-pressure sales approach, and pleasant and professional buying experience. More
