Stereotypical new car dealer Threw extra charges on the car that we didn’t want...like a security service add-on that is just there to lower their own insurance costs apparently. Repeatedly denied there was a factory cash back deal in the car we were buying until it became a deal breaker, then they acknowledged its existence...and of course asked us to sign a paper signing that over to the dealership as part of the deal. Overall, I felt they were playing the stereotypical car dealer games; I’ve had better experiences buying cars from dealers that have moved beyond those tactics and were more up front about everything. I’m still recommending them though...but just come prepared... More

Their swift and accurate response to the problem, along with the extraordinarily friendly customer service they provided, made our entire service experience stress free and successful. The bottom line is automobile safety, but it's also nice to know there are professionals of integrity who care about customer service and fair prices. Chris and Eric are just such two.
