I have been using this dealership to service my car for over 15 years. After this poor experience with the Volkswagen mechanics at my recent visit, I will not be returning in the future. My car was returned to me with a damaged headlight, and overfilled fluids that were spilled all over the engine compartment, which I suspect is what damaged the headlight lense. After all the years of being a loyal customer, I can no longer justify to continue coming back for them to fix their mistakes and clean up their messes. More

I was lied to about items that were needed for my car. I was told my battery was bad that I needed two new tiered because there was a nail in the sidewall.
