I TOOK MY 2008 SILVERADO PIKUP IN FOR A GRINDING NOSE IN THE TRANSMISSON.MY INITIAL CONTACT WAS J.COUCH.HE SCHEDULED ME A APPOINTMENT,AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I HAD A BROKEN SHIFTER FORK IN THE TRANSFER C THE TRANSMISSON.MY INITIAL CONTACT WAS J.COUCH.HE SCHEDULED ME A APPOINTMENT,AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I HAD A BROKEN SHIFTER FORK IN THE TRANSFER CASE.THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH A LOANER CAR.THREE DAYS LATER,R.HURST CALLED AND SAID MY TRUCK WAS READY.WOW.NO MORE GRINDING AND SHE RUNS LIKE A DREAM.THESE PEOPLE ARE SUPER.I MEAN THE WHOLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS,WHY WOULD YOU EVEN THINK OF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. Message on our car dash indicated that rear park assist camera needed service. Also, car was due for routine service, Dwayne pointed out that all that service would be covered by warranty. He took the time to explain everything and also answered all my questions thoroughly. I happened to need a rear window wiper blade and he took care of that and it was paid for by the Paulte Rewards Program. I also talked to Mike in parts. He ordered a bumper reflector and sold me some touch up paint. Nearly all of that was cover by the Paulte Rewards Program. As it turned out, a part was needed for the car and Brittany quickly offered us a loaner car. Our car was ready by 10 the next morning, and when I picked up my car the reflector ordered had arrived too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No one could ask for a better service experience. I've been a customer at Pulte's for many years and this typical of what I can expect every time I trade or service my cars. More
I took my 2009 Silverado in for basic oil change, I also had a check engine light on for a failed fuel evaporation sensor. They were able to fix the faulty sensor and change my oil with in a reasonable time had a check engine light on for a failed fuel evaporation sensor. They were able to fix the faulty sensor and change my oil with in a reasonable time and also made me aware that my brakes were going to need service soon and Dewayne was able to give me a price quote in detail for having my brakes fixed. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and thats why I chose to have my vehicle serviced at Bob Pulte. More
I thank Jim and Pulte Chevrolet techs for repairing the A/C on my Silverado. It did take a couple of trys but I know A/C problems can be tricky. Truck was repaired quicker than I thought it would be. Mr. Couch was extremely rude on the phone when I first called to make an appointment. He asked if my oil change light was on and how many miles were on my car. After HE decided that I was indeed due for a called to make an appointment. He asked if my oil change light was on and how many miles were on my car. After HE decided that I was indeed due for an oil change he went ahead and scheduled me. Funny, I knew I was due and that is why I called to schedule. Don't know why he had to grill me about it. After scheduling my oil change, he called back to say I could not have that slot because it was already taken. I am not sure why he offered me that time slot if it was already taken. The oil change was fast and when I left I noticed that my "Check Engine" light was on. So I went back to Bob Pulte and Mr. Couch said, "Are you sure it wasn't on before your oil change?" No, it wasn't. I may be a girl but I do know how to tell if lights are on my dashboard. They had forgotten to connect the O2 sensor. They quickly fixed the problem and I was on my way. The experience was fine. I just hate having to deal with Mr. Couch. More
Had some warranty work that was needed on my 2012 Malibu and the part had to be ordered, I was called within a few days and told the part was in then they scheduled me a few days later and they offered me a and the part had to be ordered, I was called within a few days and told the part was in then they scheduled me a few days later and they offered me a loaner car as they said it would take all day to be fixed which I didn't need but the Malibu was fixed ahead of time and it was a no hassle experience. DeWayne is a great service guy, always friendly and willing to work with you on what needs fixing etc. We bought 2 new cars within about 11 months from Bob Pulte our first time buying from them and will buy again, great service and sales guy was good and an over all good buying experience and now follow up. More
