I have been a loyal GM customer for over 25 years and I was extremely impres and current GM consultant for the Bodyshop Installation and Launch Team. I have seen certain dealerships focus most of their efforts towards sales but it is truly the service experience that keeps customers coming back. Great experience having cars air conditioning repaired. My local mechanic suggested I contact my local dealer due to the cost of the repair and the relatively new age of the vehicle. I was having problems with my transmission. I took my car to the dealer where I bought it and they told me there was nothing wrong. A short time later I still felt that there was a problem so I took it car to the dealer where I bought it and they told me there was nothing wrong. A short time later I still felt that there was a problem so I took it to Pulte. They agreed that there was a problem and they fixed it. And, I have to say that I love the fact that they have you drive with them (which the dealer that I bought the car at didn't do) so that you are both on the same page and understand the problem. I dealt with Jim and Rick and both were very friendly and helpful. More
Contacted Jim Couch when dash signal indicated the hood latch was open (checked it and it was latched) and Jim said bring it in and they would check it out. I had a warrenty item that need repaired; I took it to the service department on Wednesday and was told to bring it in the next day at 7:30 AM. I returned Thursday morning at 7:30 AM and at 2:30 PM I wa the service department on Wednesday and was told to bring it in the next day at 7:30 AM. I returned Thursday morning at 7:30 AM and at 2:30 PM I was called telling me my vehicle was fixed and I could pick it up. Dewayne France was very friendly and professional getting my appointment and getting the work completed. More
