We visted Bob Pulte Chevrolet on Monday 03/04/2013. We had to have a problem checked out and resolved for our 20112 Silverado 2500 HD. This is a work vehicle and to our suprise, our truck was completely back to working order in a matter of a few hours. I received a card in the mail for a recall. When I called, JC was very helpful. I was able to schedule my service at my convenience. I was early, but they took me right away.
